RADIO MIRCHI ENGAGES YOUNG MINDS: A vibrant and engaging GK and Current Affairs Quiz Programme was organised by Radio Mirchi at the Ideal Indian School recently for the students of Classes 3 and 4. The programme was conducted for both the Morning and Evening Sessions, with around 200 students participating enthusiastically.
The Radio Mirchi team was led by Mr. Arun Lakshmanan, Business Director, along with Mr. Sony Vellatt, Revenue Head; Mr. Zuhaib, Business Development Manager; and Mr. Gaurav, Programming Controller. The programme was further energised by the lively presence of RJs Ms. Anshu Jain and Ms. Afreen, who conducted the quiz in an interactive and entertaining manner.
The quiz focused on General Knowledge and Current Affairs, encouraging students to think, respond quickly and broaden their awareness of the world around them. The students participated with great excitement, enthusiasm and confidence. The auditorium was filled with the vibrant energy of the Radio Mirchi RJs and the enthusiastic responses of the students, creating a joyful and memorable learning experience. Following the quiz session, a magic show organised by Mr. Jamsheer added an extra element of excitement to the programme. The students watched the spectacular performances with amazement and wonder, leaving them completely in awe.
The programme was attended by Mr. Mohammad Azam Khan, Acting Principal, along with Dr. Mohammad Sajid, Headmaster, Junior Section, and Ms. Jeseena Abdulla, AHM, Junior Section.
The programme successfully blended learning, entertainment and student engagement, providing the children with an enjoyable opportunity to enhance their general awareness while experiencing the excitement of a live radio-style programme.
