General Admission Guidelines
- Applications must be submitted online through this portal only.
- All required documents must be uploaded in the specified formats (PDF/JPG, max 5MB each).
- Admission is provisional and subject to verification and approval by MOEHE and CBSE.
- Shortlisted candidates will be notified via email/SMS for assessment and document verification.
- Age criteria is calculated as of 31st March of the admission year.
- No walk-in or offline applications will be accepted.
- Priority may be given to siblings of current students and Qatar residents.
- Available for KG-01/KG-02, Grade 1 to Grade 8 only.
Age Requirements by Grade

| Grade 5 | 9 years 6 months | 10 years |
| Grade 6 | 10 years 6 months | 11 years |
| Grade 7 | 11 years 6 months | 12 years |
| Grade 8 | 12 years 6 months | 13 years |

- Qatar ID / Passport copies (Student, Father, Mother)
- Birth Certificate (attested)
- Immunization Record
- Previous School Transfer Certificate (if applicable)
- MOFA-attested Marklist (for students from abroad, Class 2+)
- Qatar National Address Proof
- Employment Letters (Father/Mother)
- Fitness Certificate
- Undertaking Form
