IIS Empowers Teachers through Kaushal Bodh and Kaushal Vikas: A Continuous Professional Development (CPD) programme on “Kaushal Bodh and Kaushal Vikas”was conducted for teachers of IIS teaching Classes 6–9 in Science, Social Science and Art in both the Morning and Evening Sessions as part of the school’s ongoing professional development initiatives. The programme aimed to provide teachers with a clear understanding of the purpose, key concepts and practical implementation of Kaushal Bodh and Kaushal Vikas in the classroom. The sessions were designed to be interactive, activity-based and practical, enabling teachers to grasp the concepts easily and relate them to their day-to-day teaching practices.
Morning Session: The session was facilitated by Mr. Rafeeq Ahmed, HOD – Mathematics; Mr. Muhammad Arif, HOD – Chemistry; and Ms. Najiba, Teacher – ICT.
Evening Session: The session was facilitated by Ms. Swarnagowry and Ms. Samreen.
Both sessions were well received by the teachers and provided valuable opportunities for professional learning, reflection and practical application. The activity-based methodology made the programme engaging and helped teachers relate the concepts to real-life classroom situations. The programme was coordinated by Dr. Mohammad Sajid Shamim for the Morning Session and Ms. Khatija, TC, for the Evening Session.
