Competitions on Read Aloud, Book-Themed Fancy Dress, Spell Bee, End the Tale, Word Fire, Poem Recitation, Book Review, and Literature Quiz formed the core of these programs, allowing students to delve into the fascinating world of books. Adding to the excitement, IIS collaborated with the renowned Crescent Book Store to organize a book fair during the read-a-thon week. The book fair served as a vibrant hub of literary enthusiasm, where students had the opportunity to explore a vast selection of books. Inaugurating the read-a-thon week, Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb underscored the importance of nurturing a reading culture among students. IIS TEAM BAGGED CARROM CHAMPIONSHIP

Ideal Indian School Under-14 and Under-17 Boys’ Carrom Team secured the ‘First Position’ in the CBSE Qatar Cluster Carrom Tournament organized by Loyola International School, Ezdan Oasis, Al-Wukair recently.Rishan Rashid (8D), Aadil Mansoor (8C), Johan Kuruvila (8B), and Muhammad Noman Sayeed (7B) represented Ideal Indian School in the tournament for the Under-14 Category.Mohammed Affan Azad (11B), Mohammed Aslakh Naduvancheeri (11B), Ammar Obaid Qazi (11C), and Mohammed Shaayaan Mohammed Sharif (10A) represented Ideal Indian School in the Under-17 Category. The IIS team emerged as the champion in the boys’ category.From Ideal Indian School, Mr. Mohammed Nowfal was in charge of the Carrom teams. Mr. Thapa was assigned as the Team Manager for the Under-14 category and Mr. Satender Singh Panwar was assigned as the Team Manager for the Under-17 category, respectively.The Principal of Ideal Indian School, Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, congratulated the Carrom teams for their achievement.
