The Annual Sports Day Prize Distribution Ceremony for the evening session of Ideal Indian School was held recently with excitement and enthusiasm, recognizing the athletic achievements of students in various sporting categories.
Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb graced the occasion as the Chief Guest, accompanied by the Heads of Sections Dr. Nazima Bi Shaikh, Mr. Sajid Shamim, Ms. Khatija TC and Ms. Jaseena Abdullah. The programme began with a prayer by Mohammed Fauzan from Class 6A. Tanm ay Gupta from Class 8 warmly welcomed the guests, students and teachers.
In his keynote address, Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb praised the efforts and achievements of the students, commended them for their commitment to excellence and encouraged them to continue striving for success in all their endeavors. He also emphasised the significance of sports in nurturing physical fitness, mental strength, and teamwork.
The highlight of the event was the prize distribution ceremony, where winners from 1st to 8th grade were awarded medals and certificates for their outstanding performances in various events. The winners were applauded for their exceptional athletic abilities, and their dedication to their respective sports was recognised.
The Overall Champions of the day were also honored with trophies for their consistent performance and excellence throughout the day’s events.
The Evening Session of the KG section also hosted a vibrant prize distribution ceremony, marking a moment of joy for the young achievers. The event was graced by Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, who along with Section in charge Ms. Christina Sylvia presented certificates and medals to the winners, recognising their enthusiasm, effort and budding talents in various sports activities.
