The Kindergarten section of IIS celebrated Shapes Day on 30th April 2026 with great enthusiasm and creativity. The young learners came dressed in vibrant shape-themed costumes, representing squares, circles, rectangles, triangles, stars, hearts, diamonds, kites, ladders, boxes, and fun objects like pizzas and watermelons. Each child proudly carried a card displaying different shapes, adding to the visual delight of the celebration. KG1 students engaged in shape-based worksheets, expressing their creativity through colouring activities, while KG2 students showcased their skills through craft work, creating various shapes. Additionally, KG II pupils designed and wore headbands featuring assorted shapes as part of the festivities.
The excitement and joy of the children were clearly visible through their active participation in dressing up and enthusiastically engaging in all the activities, making Shapes Day a fun-filled and meaningful learning experience.
