Ideal Indian School achieved a commendable milestone at the Girls’ Table Tennis Tournament held under the School Olympic Programme – Secondary Level for Public and Private Schools, as part of the 19th Edition (2025–26). The team delivered an outstanding performance in the tournament, in which the majority of schools
from the private and public sectors competed, bringing great pride and recognition to the institution through their dedication, skill, and sportsmanship.
In the Singles Category, Ruqaya Altaf (Class XI) won the Silver Medal, while Aiza Nijas (Class XI) claimed the Bronze Medal. In the Team Event, Ruqaya Altaf, Aiza Nijas, and Menhal Sajid (Class XI) secured the Bronze Medal.
The players showcased excellent coordination, consistency, and team spirit throughout the tournament. Special appreciation is given to Ms. Suman Panwar, whose dedication and hard work in training the students played an important role in this achievement. The Acting Principal, Mr. Mohammad Azam Khan, and the Vice Principal, Dr. Nazima Bi Shaikh, extended their warm congratulations to the winners and applauded their outstanding performance. The management expressed great pride in the team’s success and motivated them to aim for even greater accomplishments in future competitions.
