Students from Ideal Indian School recently took part in the September edition of the Katara Space Science Programme, with 50 students from various classes. Previous editions have been highly successful, with students showing enthusiasm and gaining valuable hands-on experience, fostering both academic and practical growth in space science. The program has been instrumental in inspiring interest in space exploration and future careers. The September edition featured a stellar line-up of expert guest speakers:
Prof. Dr. Essam Heggy: A NASA scientist renowned for his work on Mars exploration, offering insights into the latest space science developments.
Mr. K Ramachandran: Retired PSLV Director at ISRO, who shared his expertise in satellite launch technologies and India’s space missions.
Ms. Lalitha R: Retired ISRO scientist, specializing in cryogenic propulsion, a key technology for launching heavier payloads.
