Ideal Indian School observed No Tobacco Day, aligning with global efforts to highlight the harmful effects of tobacco use and promote a tobacco-free lifestyle. Various programs were organized in all sections to create awareness among students about the dangers of tobacco and its impact on health.
In the junior section, a morning assembly featured a skit to raise awareness and Nabiha from class 4 delivered a speech. Students learned about passive smoking and ways to avoid it. Both the Boys’ and Girls’ Sections participated in various activities to mark the day. These activities included a video screening, an awareness campaign, drawing and poster-making competition, all designed to educate students about the dangers of tobacco consumption.
