Ideal Indian School recently organised a teachers’ orientation program aimed at updating them on the latest educational developments and enhancing their understanding of effective pedagogy. The program began with an insightful session led by Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, who discussed the critical topic of “Alignment of Vision and Mission with Curriculum.” This session emphasised the importance of ensuring that the school’s vision and mission are effectively integrated into the curriculum, thereby providing a cohesive educational experience for students.
Following this, Dr. Nazima Bi Shaik, Vice Principal, Girls’ Section delivered an engaging presentation on the topic of psychological well-being in schools. Her talk highlighted the significance of mental health for both students and teachers, offering strategies to create a supportive and nurturing school environment. Mr. Sajid Shamim, Headmaster Junior Section coordinated the Teachers’ orientation programme.
