Ideal Indian School conducted a Cleanliness and Plantation Drive on October 20th and 21st, 2024, as part of the “Swachhata Hi Seva” initiative of Govt. of India. This event aimed to promote health and cleanliness in the community. Students and Scouts & Guides participated in a cleanliness drive, using gloves, brooms and garbage bags to clean the school campus. Afterward, they planted saplings in different areas of the school premises.
Guides from the Girls Section led a session on health and hygiene, explaining the importance of cleanliness for better health. Scouts from the Boys Section organised a rally, promoting cleanliness and environmental care.
The event involved the Principal Mr. Sahik Shamim Saheb, Heads of Sections, Teachers, Students and Scouts & Guides, promoting teamwork and civic responsibility. The program was coordinated by Scout Master Mr. Vijayant Thapa, Guides Incharge Ms. Suman Panwar, and Scouts Incharge Mr. Suneer AP.
