The Eco Club at Ideal Indian School is committed to promoting environmental awareness and sustainable practices. In line with our mission, we organized a seed and sapling planting initiative with the aim of contributing to a greener and healthier environment. The primary objective of this seed planting event was to increase awareness among students about the importance of planting trees in combating climate change and promoting biodiversity. The event took place in both the Girls’ and Boys’ sections. Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb inaugurated the event by planting the seeds. Teachers provided a brief demonstration on the correct way to plant seeds/saplings, emphasizing the importance of soil quality and the appropriate depth for planting. All participants, including students, teachers, and volunteers, actively engaged in planting the trees. Each participant took part in the process, from digging the holes to placing the seeds and saplings in the pots and watering them.
