Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim ( Head of Transport Department )

Mr. Mohammed Ibrahim has assumed charge of the Transport Division of Ideal Indian School as the Head of Transport. In this leadership role, he will be responsible for providing strategic direction and overall governance of the school’s transportation operations, ensuring a safe, efficient and future-ready transport system. He will oversee planning, compliance and operational excellence across the department.

TRANSPORT

The School owns 69 air-conditioned buses and hires 25 others, which ply between different areas and the school. The transportation fee is collected along with the monthly tuition fees. Students who opt for this facility have to avail it throughout the year. Bus Stops are fixed after a thorough survey of the situation and any future request for a change would be considered only on valid grounds acceptable to the school. Parents should inform Transport Section if they wish to discontinue the transport facility. Please fill in the cancellation form manually at the Transport Department.

The transport fee is charged as follows:

Far off Areas & Outside Doha
(Doha, Al Khor, Muaither, Salwa, Rayyan, Gharafa, beyond Wakrah, Wakra) 		Qrs. 330/- per month
Note: The above fee structure is subject to change.

  • Transport fee is payable in advance with the terminal / biannual / monthly tuition fees and transport cards are to be revalidated.
  • N.B. Fees once paid will not be refunded. Bus Pass is to be produced whenever demanded by the School authorities.
  • In case of discontinuation of the school transport, please inform Transport Department in writing (there is a cancellation form in Transport Department), otherwise fee for the next month will be charged.
