IIS HONOURS SPOTLIGHT'25 WINNERS : In a recently organised Prize Distribution Ceremony, the Evening Session of Ideal Indian School honoured the winners of Spotlight 2025, the school’s cultural competitions. Students from the KG, Junior, Boys’, and Girls’ Sections participated enthusiastically in this talent recognition programme. The competitions were conducted across various categories, including KG, Kids, Sub-Junior, Junior, Intermediate, and Senior, and covered a wide range of activities such as performing arts, painting, vocal and instrumental music, classical and folk dances, singing, poem recitation, rangoli, public speaking, storytelling, humorous speech etc. Special events on Hifz, Tajweed, and Adhan were also held exclusively for Muslim students. Acting Principal Mr. Azam Khan presented medals and certificates to the winners. Heads of Sections and Departments were also present at the function.More Photos

The Ideal Indian School celebrated World Food Day with great enthusiasm. The event was organized with the theme “Hand in Hand for Better Foods and a Better Future”, emphasizing global collaboration to promote food security, sustainable nutrition, and healthy eating habits. The Celebration was attended by Principal Mr. Shaik Shamim Saheb, Heads of Sections and Heads of Departments. Speaking on the occasion, Principal emphasized the importance of World Food Day, reminding everyone to value food, reduce waste, and support sustainability. He expressed hope for a future where everyone has access to nutritious food and a healthier planet.

Students from the morning and evening sessions of KG, Junior, Boys’ and Girls’ Sections enthusiastically participated by preparing a wide variety of healthy and creative dishes. They presented their displays beautifully, accompanied by informative charts, posters, and decorations showcasing the nutritional value of the food items. Each group explained the health benefits, ingredients, and cultural significance of their chosen dishes.

The Scouts and Guides of Ideal Indian School enthusiastically participated in the ‘JOTA–JOTI 2025’ event organized by the Qatar Scouts and Guides Association, held at the Qatar Amateur Radio Society on Saturday, 18th October 2025. JOTA–JOTI (Jamboree on the Air – Jamboree on the Internet) is a global youth program that enables and encourages Scouts from around the world to communicate and connect through amateur radio and the internet. The event provides a fun, interactive, and educational platform that promotes international friendship, cultural exchange, and digital learning among young Scouts. Representing Ideal Indian School, Scouts – Mohammed Aazim and Muzafar P. M. from the Boys’ Section, and Guides – Aysha Nahan and Hanna Eldho from the Girls’ Section attended the event.

The students were accompanied and guided by Mr. Vijayant Thapa (Scout Master) and Ms. Suman Panwar (Guide Leader), who coordinated with the scout officials and ensured the smooth participation of the school contingent. The event offered the students a valuable learning experience, enhancing their understanding of global scouting and communication technologies, while fostering teamwork, leadership, and international camaraderie.
