In the Junior Section, a special morning assembly was conducted, during which students expressed their views on the importance of keeping our hearts fit. A skit titled “The Heart Hero Adventure” was enacted by the students, demonstrating that eating junk food is unhealthy and emphasizing the importance of keeping our hearts strong. The skit also conveyed the idea that exercising helps keep us fit.

The Department of Science conducted various awareness programs. Students created posters, PowerPoint presentations, and handmade cards with messages about heart health awareness. These activities allowed students to express their creativity while learning about important heart-healthy habits such as balanced eating, staying active, and avoiding smoking. Students were encouraged to ask questions and participate in discussions, making it an interactive and educational experience.

A dedicated workout and yoga session was organised by the sports department, in which students from all grades participated in activities such as aerobics, stretching, and yoga.
