Dear Parents

Please be informed that there won’t be any online classes with effect from 15th November 2021 as per the directives of Ministry of Education and Higher Education – Qatar.

It is mandatory for all the students to attend the physical classes. The school will not be responsible for lack of attendance of your ward/wards.

Please note that the school will be functioning till 1:30 p.m. from Monday, 15 November 2021

K.G Section: Classes will be from 6:45 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.

School fees: You are requested to clear the second term fee dues.

School Transportation: The school transport will resume from 1st November 2021. Those who wish to avail the school transport are requested to contact the transport office and pay 2 months fees in advance to facilitate the school transportation.

Greetings from Ideal Indian School !!!

Hope this message finds you with the best of health, please do take care and be healthy. Hopefully you had fruitful and productive summer break and your family members are doing well. As mentioned in the school calendar, after summer vacation school will reopen from Tuesday,24th August 2021.

Classes & Timings

Kindly note 50% of students will attend the school as per Ministry of Education and Higher Education directions for all the classes (KG to Class 12).

First three days  24th, 25th  & 26th  of August classes will be conducted online for all the students, students need not come to school on these days.

From 29 August onwards blended learning will be implemented  as per the directive of Ministry of Education and Higher Education, Qatar. 50% students will be attending physical classes in the school and remaining 50% will have online classes (alternate week). The details of  batches will be informed by the respective class teachers.

KG & Junior Section 6:45 am to 11: 00 am

Girls & Boys Section 6:45 am to 12: 30 pm

Attendance is compulsory and it will be recorded by each teacher. If children confront any technical issues should inform either the subject teacher or the class teacher concerned. Positive attitude of the students will help them learn the concepts effectively.

Canteen will remain closed as per the instructions given by Ministry of Health, Qatar. Send healthy breakfast, water etc.

Proper awareness must be given to your ward/s regarding maintaining personal hygiene, using mask, maintaining social distance, use of sanitizer etc.

If your ward/s is having symptoms of cough, fever, sneezing and other health issues, please don’t send your ward/s to the school.

Students who are suffering from chronic diseases are exempted from attending the school. In such case, parents should submit required documents to prove the same. If any of the family member/s (staying in the same house) is suffering from a chronic disease and it requires to him/her safe from further risk, the particular student can also be exempted from attending the school provided the patient’s authentic medical certificate and national address is submitted. The exempted students shall attend the school to appear for examination.


School will not provide transportation for the students until full fledge classes started. Inconvenience caused is regretted.

Parents are requested to pick and drop the students on time. Parking of the vehicle should be done properly without creating traffic congestion.  In case if any parent is late to pick their ward/s, students will be kept in the waiting rooms as per the details given below.

Junior Section students: class 1C & 1D

Girls Section students: 12 G & 12 H

Boys Section students : 12 C & 12 D.

Class X and XII Assessment

Assessment for the class X & XII will be done in two stages as Term 1 and Term 2 with approximately 50% syllabus in each term as per the recent circular issued by CBSE. The syllabus for the Board examination 2021-22 will be rationalized.

Term 1 examination will be held in November-December 2021. 90 minutes paper in MCQ format will be given.

Term 2 examination will be held in March-April 2022 in 2 hours of duration.

Parental Involvement

As per the National Education Policy and the present situation of pandemic requires parental involvement and active participation in the learning process of your ward/s. School hereby requests all our parents be a part of Parent Teachers Association to make learning more effective.
